With a background in Psychology and a 2009 graduation, I bring years of experience in helping others to navigate life, its stressors, transitions, healing and grow. I am passionate about neuroscience and deeply interested in how it influences behavior, thoughts, and emotions. By integrating these insights into my counseling approach, I strive to help clients better understand themselves and develop effective strategies for an emotional well-being.
